The Florette Fradley 10K is a popular run and attracts around 1,000 entrants each year. Covering flat, country roads, its a great event for beginners and pros alike. The Fradley 10k has previously been nominated in the national Running Awards for the Best 10k Race for personal best times.

Our 10 mile race features a challenging undulating course with wonderful scenery, great volunteer support and scenic views of Brereton village and Rugeley.
The route has been designed for athletes to enjoy the challenge of a few hills with a very fast final few miles.
The course is certified accurate, UK athletic timed and individual chip timed.

Stafford Half Marathon
The 2017 Stafford Half Marathon will start in Stafford Street (town centre) at 10am. The route will head off from the town centre on traffic-controlled roads, incorporating two steady climbs before returning to the Market Square via Victoria Park.

Staunton Harold Hall
The Burton 10k is part of the BDSL League and takes place every August. The course is acurately measured and takes in country roads finishing on one of Burtons main access routes.
The course is renowned for being undulating, thankfully all of the uphills are covered in the first 3 miles so runners can enjoy the latter part of the race on the downhill section. The last 400m is run on the Athletics Track at Shobnall, finishing on the line before some well earned refreshments.

THIS RACE IS NOW A TIMING CHIPPED EVENT. The race will start and finish in the beautiful grounds surrounding Tamworth Castle and will wind its way through the grounds out into the town before following a section along the canal in Fazeley before returning to the Castle Grounds

he Castle is situated in the heart of Tamworth town centre. By road: from M1/M6 northbound take the M42 and exit at Junction 10. From the M6 southbound exit at Junction 12 and approach Tamworth via A5. By train Tamworth station is well served by train from London and the north-west with London Midland. The station is just a 10 minute walk from the castle Parking Select this link for more information There are a number of car parks in Tamworth town centre. The brown Tamworth castle signs direct drivers to the Jolly sailor car park. This is a large long stay car park with coach park facilities. It is a short 5 - 7 minute walk through the castle grounds to the castle. The short stay Holloway car park is a smaller car park but closer to the castle it is located on silver street.
Ashborne Half Marathon

The proposed route will start on the market place and head into Mappleton before rejoining the original route.
On the return, we will no longer be running down Mayfield road but instead heading back through Mappleton and through Ashbourne Tunnel to rejoin the final stretch on Church street.
